How we approach rehabilitation at home
Therapists give homework. Most homework doesn't get done — not because seniors don't want to recover, but because doing repetitions alone, in pain, is hard.
Our caregivers turn the daily exercises into a structured part of the day. The therapist sets the program, we make sure it actually happens, and we send notes back so the next visit isn't starting from zero.
