This helps us understand your loved one’s needs, preferences, or any specific requirements. Needs could arise after leaving rehab or the hospital, or following a doctor’s visit. Once we have this information, we ask your loved one what their care preferences are. All of these help us tailor our services to provide a personalized care plan for your loved one. Note that this consultation can be over the phone or in person.
We invite you and your loved one to come check out our assisted living homes for a guided tour. With this tour, you get to experience firsthand the ambiance of our homes. Explore our beautiful family living spaces and interact with our compassionate staff. We encourage you to feel at home during the tour and ask as many questions as you like.
After you have had a feel of the home, you’ll sit with a Wellness Liaison who will begin an assessment to ensure our services match your needs. We’ll ask about your needs, preferences, and care orders from your doctor if any. The goal of this assessment is to understand what’s important to your loved one, so we can create a personalized care plan, address their requirements, and ensure consistent quality of care.
Finding the right home is amazing, but making the actual move can be overwhelming. Not to worry, we make the transition process as seamless as possible. If you need help with the move, we can assist you in planning the logistics, packing, and arranging your space for a stress-free experience. Don’t hesitate to ask.
You’re finally here, and we are so excited! As soon as you and your loved one step into our doors, you’ll receive a warm and heartfelt welcome from our staff and residents. It’s like a small family reunion because you’re family. Get ready to walk down our red carpet and form a genuine connection with us; you’d think you have known us forever.
Our dedicated caregivers work closely with your loved one to tailor our care to fit their needs and preferences. Our meals are home cooked with love by our live-in caregiver, taking into consideration your loved one’s preferences or dietary restrictions. All our homes are equipped with safety features such as call systems as needed, secured entrances, and trained staff available 24/7 to prevent wandering, and unsolicited intrusion, and offer quick response to emergencies. Rest assured, your loved one is safe with us.
We encourage family members to pay their loved ones regular visits, and participate in fun activities as this is critical to the wellbeing of their loved ones. We don’t have visiting hours; feel free to come see your beloved senior whenever you want. We become family too!
We are committed to your loved one’s care beyond the move-in date. It usually only takes a couple of weeks to adjust. We continuously advocate for their care and liaise with physicians, family, and other healthcare providers. If your loved one’s care needs change, we can adjust our care plan at any time to meet the new level of care. We strive to provide continuous support to ensure the golden years are filled with love, laughter, and happiness.
